杏吧原创 Dubai Refund Policy

杏吧原创 will honour the 杏吧原创 Dubai Refund Policy outlined below (as it may be amended from time to time by 杏吧原创) in respect of tuition fees, and refund tuition fees as and when required by that policy.

Where: (a) the student is required to leave either 杏吧原创 or Dubai; or (b) 杏吧原创 refuses to provide, or continue providing, the student鈥檚 Murdoch course, due to a breach of visa conditions, submitting false or misleading information under the student鈥檚 application for admission or expulsion under 杏吧原创's Student Integrity Regulations	Not applicable	鈥� No refund of the current trimester's tuition fees. (or incoming trimester's tuition fees if the event that is the 鈥淩eason for Refund鈥� occurs prior to the start of trimester). 鈥� All other tuition fees for future trimesters are refundable.
Student who accepts an offer and defers commencement to a future trimester, and then withdraws	Not applicable	The Student will be treated as per row 6 of this table in respect of their withdrawal, subject to the following, To identify the applicable withdrawal date under row 6, 杏吧原创 will consider the timing of both the deferral and the withdrawal. Murdoch will consider the date that withdrawal occurs under the subsequent trimester. as being the later date of: a. the actual date of withdrawal; and b. the equivalent timing of the deferral relative to the subsequent trimester, as if that date of deferral were instead a date of withdrawal in that subsequent trimester. [Examples : 鈥� if a student defers one week prior to the start of the January Trimester, and then withdraws 11 weeks prior to the start of the May Trimester, Murdoch may treat the Student as having withdrawn one week prior to the start of the May Trimester 鈥� if a student defers 10 weeks prior to the start of the January Trimester, and then withdraws one week prior to the start of the May Trimester, then the student will be treated as having withdrawn one week prior to the start of the May Trimester 鈥� if a student defers on or after the start of January trimester and prior to end of Census Date, and then withdraws 10 weeks prior to the start of the May trimester, then the student will be treated as having withdrawn 鈥渙n or after the start of the trimester but prior to the end of the Census Date鈥� of the May trimester. ]
Withdrawal by the Student after accepting an offer (except where row 2, 3 or 4 applies)	More than 10 weeks prior to start of trimester	Student forfeits the lesser of: (a) 10% of the incoming trimester鈥檚 tuition fees; and (b) AED 1250 All other tuition fees for that trimester and future trimesters are refundable. Additionally, if a visa is applied for and obtained, the cautionary deposit is refunded after deducting all dues/fines/penalties if any, and successful cancellation of student visa.
	Less than 10 weeks prior to start of the trimester, but prior to the start of the trimester	Student forfeits 30% of the incoming trimester鈥檚 tuition fees. All other tuition fees for that trimester and future trimesters are refundable. Additionally, if a visa is applied for and obtained, the cautionary deposit is refunded after deducting all dues/fines/penalties if any, and successful cancellation of student visa.
	On or after the start of the trimester but prior to the end of the Census Date	Student forfeits 70% of the current trimester鈥檚 tuition fees. All other tuition fees for that trimester and future trimesters are refundable. Additionally, if a visa is applied for and obtained, the cautionary deposit is refunded after deducting all dues/fines/penalties if any, and successful cancellation of student visa.
	After the Census Date, or after the end of the fourth week of the teaching period where the Census Date is earlier than the end of the fourth week	Student forfeits 100% of the current trimester鈥檚 tuition fees. All tuition fees for future trimesters are refundable. Additionally, if a visa is applied for and obtained, the cautionary deposit is refunded after deducting all dues/fines/penalties if any, and successful cancellation of student visa.
